Can all of this be easily edited in Shopify? I have a high volume store, I have experience. Is any coding experience required or will it fully integrate?

You can try free 14-day trial account (with trial account your visitors and you could only preview website after login with the password). And then if you like it and would like to use, then you could purchase some package. Their fees you can check at http://www.shopify.com/pricing.
